Each and every community must have the following: 1. Community Hall 2. Clinic 3. Police Station 4. Well equipped Sports ground 5. Creche, Primary and Secondary School 6. Swimming pool 7. Street lights and tared roads 8. Telephone and ADSL connection 9. Water connection per house hold not a tap at a street corner 10. Electricity 11. Post office What is done in towns must be done in villages. We are all South African whether poor or rich. That swimming pool in town you call town pool was built by the government. The same must be done in villages. Yes we are tired of pushing wheelbarrows fetching water when other South Africans have 7 taps in one house....
