Each year on this night I look over my goals I wrote for myself for this past year, and I write my goals for the up coming year!! As I reflect on this last year I was reminded of how great professional teams dont finish first always. Teams cycle from greatness to rebuilding all the time. Coaches change and so does the chemistry of the team as well. Our team at 184 has gelled and we are ready to take on 2015. We lost teammates this year and we gained some, but over all we have gained momentum and with our new coach we will take direction and look forward to a winning season once again. Hats off to Joyce Jolly, our new MIT Chris Deshazer, and our new Coach Brian McKinney. We all have learned to work together and treat each others deals as our own. Keith Pollard and Jason you each have my respect as well in providing the best service possible to keep our customers happy!!! Great job everyone!!! I have some pretty big goals which I will share with everyone on Monday, and I know we will reach limits this year beyond our expectations. Brian McKinney we will be behind you this year and look forward to working under your leadership in 2015! Joyce Jolly top 40 for you this year, and Deshazer this is your year!!!! Im pumped!!!!
