Earlier today as I was filling my pill keeper for the week , I had a nice memory of grandma and grandpa Witbeck. When I was young and spending time with them, I remember going to Marion to grandmas doctor occasionally. It was exciting to go there because we usually just went to Evart. Anyway, grandma had to get her sugar pills refilled, I guess they were for diabetes, I am not sure. But the Doctor was always so nice to me, he would give me a little tiny pill envelope like grandmas and inside I would get fake sugar pills . Wonder if doctors still do that these days? I doubt it very much. Them were the good ole days for sure
