Early this morning, around 2:30, a deputy was dispatched to a business alarm. When he was close to arriving, he observed a male walking on the side of the road that raised his suspicion, who he identified as Jean Carlo Urena Aponte. While speaking with Aponte, the deputy noticed that he was bleeding from the hand, wearing clothing from the business that had the alarm, and carrying other items that appeared to have come from the business. Other responding deputies found broken glass at the business and items matching the ones Aponte had in his possession. Aponte was arrested and charged with burglary and is still in custody.
