Earth Shake The Earth shakes, rockets from God, the venom of man Beachcombers scatter, don’t know when this began Centuries on, no end in sight Fight, fight, fight They kill under the guise of love, death from above You will see my way, or you will meet your end Fences for isolation, never to mend Relinquish your faith, for mine is the way The women must die, the children must die The soldiers don’t care, an eye for an eye I kill your family, they’re nothing to me I rip out your eyes so that you may see Your heart is black, but mine is gold Your bones and your flesh grow cold Your soul can’t escape your wings have been clipped You will suffer eternally alone in your crypt I have no pity, I have no remorse, I have no qualms No time to talk, there’s only time for bombs Long gone is the right of man to live his life in peace Empty suits and empty skirts and riot police The night sky is alive, crimson flares, and white hot streaks The ground is littered with dead Jews and dead Sheiks They die on the soil once home to the lamb No longer gentle, virtue be damned The men smile as they wade through death Nothing is nobler than taking your last breath Tis the ultimate sacrifice they’ve been told The highest honor bestowed on the hand that’s gone cold If Christ was real, if Allah ever roamed the Earth They’d wring their hands and dismiss man’s worth Standing mystified, baffled and at a loss for words No desire to be shepherds, disgusted by the herds When man feels he’s right, he’s ever so bold Doesn’t this ever get old?
