Since then he has been merging ancient and electronic technologies to facilitate awakenings through dance. Since 2007, Sharu has toured the west coast with The Bliss Bar (A next level Kundalini Yoga raw food cafe) creating playfully profound performances with sound, shrines and raw chocolate. Sharu continually expands his sound to evolve with the times. He plays a wide range of music from juicy sacred atmospheres to delicious global beats to gypsy circus whomp to retro remixes to funky fierce mid-tempo breaks. As a Vedic Astrologer, timing is at the crux of his methodology. His sensitivity to the moment and its celestial influences on human consciousness informs the choice of music he plays. He is also deeply versed in Mantra Yoga and utilizes this powerful science of sound with his clients, in his yoga classes and, of course, on the dance floor! Recently, Sharu birthed Sound Seed Yoga from all these technologies, which combines chanting, Kundalini Yoga and meditative dance into ecstatic dance. ::Sychosis(Earth Tribe Yoga, Atomic Zoo Recordings):: Alex Dias aka Sychosis has spent over ten years in the San Francisco Electronic Music scene as a DJ, Producer, and promoter. Prior to getting bitten by the electronic music bug, he toured Europe and North America as a classically trained singer.His unique blend of all things broken beat, electro, and house has destroyed dance floors across California and been featured on NSB Radio, Sirius Electric Area, Party 95(Florida), and Mutha FM(South Africa).In the studio, Sychosis is a machine. His bangin edits, originals, and remixes have been played on dance floors and featured in mixes worldwide. With releases on Orphan Music, Toast N Jam, Breakz R Boss and support from the likes of Phutureprimitive, Marten Horger, Left/Right, The Crystal Method, Refracture, Dylan Sanders, J-Roc(Sould Out Djs), Dj Frenzy, Lady Waks, Fort Knox Five, Krafty Kuts and Rel1 he is quickly getting noticed as a major up and coming player in the breaks scene.He also is a reviews writer for 2012 Breakspoll Nominee Life Support Machine and has interviewed FreQ Nasty, Rektchordz, and Sub Slayers among others. YOGA w/ Elena Kelly Elena found yoga in 2008 and knew instantly, as she sunk into her first savasana that she wanted to teach yoga. She was completely inspired and moved by yogas dynamic ability to challenge AND nurture through beautiful, dance-like movements. Specializing in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga, Elenas classes balance intensity and lightness, focus and play and are set to funky, modern music. Her background in studio arts and design shines brightly through her creative and customized sequencing while paying attention to details and proper alignment. As a Boulder Colorado native and Western Oregon transplant, her classes and messages are deeply influenced by nature and finding beauty in all things around us. After extensive practice and training in a variety of yogic disciplines in Colorado, Oregon, and California Elena received her Yoga Alliance 200hr certification in Thailand in 2012 and is thrilled and honored to be contributing to the beautiful Bay Area yoga community.
