Easter was such a big big day at our home growing up. We all got new dresses and slakes and wore them to church. First time ever wearing nylons was Easter Sunday. Having gone to Catholic school this was a celebration time of year. My mom was very devout and when she was dying she read the bible everyday. I guess it is no surprise that God waited till April 4th Easter Sunday for her to be taken to heaven. I always think of the joy we had in Easter and thats mom would have not had it any other way. We all dressed up and I made my two younger sisters their Easter dresses that year. I am happy that mom now has Dad with her. Happy Easter to them!
