Eating RAW! Heres what I had today! Started the day with a delicious smoothie - kale, spinach, cuc, strawberries, mango, pineapple, honey, flax, 4 ice cubes & coconut water! YUM! Snack was 2 peeled grapefruit with the juice of one lime and fresh mint.....SO GOOD! Lunch- mixed greens with tomato, yellow pepper, celery, carrot, cucumber and sliced almonds with a balsamic dressing! Delish! After lunch tea was made with 1 cup hot water, 1 1/2 inches of sliced ginger root, juice of one half lemon, and a tablespoon of honey.... Addicting! Dinner was again a salad (Im gonna start getting more creative but I just LOVE salads!) with arugula, mixed greens, carrot, celery, tomato, squash, zucchini, yellow pepper, sprouts, pine nuts and a tahini dressing made with 4 Tbsp tahini, 3 Tbsp rice vinegar, juice from one whole lemon, 1 tsp chopped garlic and then a titch of water to thin it out a bit! Mix and enjoy!!
