Echeveria is quite a large genus of flowering plants from the Crassulaceae family, which is native to semi-desert areas of Central America. The genus is named after the 18th century Mexican botanical artist Atanasio Echeverría y Godoy. Echeveria belongs to the group of easy care plants. Place it in a place with bright light, but also it can stand direct sun light. According humidity, this species isnt hard to care, can stand average room humidity. During growing season keep the temperature from 18-27oC, but in winter reduce it on 13-18oC. Feed every 2 weeks spring through autumn. Sometimes there are little offsets which appear around the main plant. You can cut them off and plant them in separated pots.
