Economics grade 10 question on contemporary economics: Who is responsible for implementing public works programme? Learner: Mrs Thuli Madonsela Obviously every teacher would be disappointed at this but my great disappointment is the cognitive level of my grade 10 learners. They just cant think broadly let alone logical and analytical thinking. If this is our South African grade 10 then maybe we must think about having grade 14 as matric or something.
