Edie Morse JSS has denied Juan Martinez any right to present to this jury any of the facts related to Skanks illegal smuggling of contraband in and out of jail; and, also, he cannot discuss Skanks lies in her Fire Nurmi motion; and also, he cannot discuss Skanks death threats waged against Juan Martinez; and, he cannot discuss any evidence of her lack of remorse:-- IT IS ORDERED granting the motions in limine re smuggling contraband, changing counsel and threats against trial participants and lacking remorse. - Minute Entry, Dated 10/210/2014 JSS has effectively ham-strung Juan Martinez. None of Skanks criminal behaviours; her pathological lying; nor, her dangerous behaviours, since the hung jury, last May 2013, can be addressed by Juan Martinez. JA & Co. have won an important battle here... For in effect, so much evidence showing Skanks sadistic, sociopathic behaviours are precluded, that she will claim to have done good works while in jail-- whilst Juan Martinez cannot show her illegal infractions. Very one-sided; very unfair; very hypocritical. Shame on JSS!!!
