Editor, Without crookedly trying to pay mbala farmers at night to intice them to attend the rally, without ferring people from mbala to mpulungu (30km) to have a feel good rally, without inviting none voting minors on holiday, without distributing lollypops to kids, without hiring naked Congolese dancers, this is what the upnd managed to gunner at the same acclaimed pf rally in mpulungu. Note 30% of the people had left the venue because it was getting dark. Unlike the pf which combined mbala and mpulungu, upnd had seperate rallies in the two towns which are just 30km away. While lungu ran away to kaputa to try and hold a rally which failed, mwamba and thug sikazwe were cantering kids from mbala to mpulungu with promise vof lollypops. Be the judge D. Mulenga
