Points to note: - Pays only 2k-3k (depending on proficiency and commitment of the candidate). People with higher monetary expectations need not apply. - Prior professional editing experience is NOT IMPORTANT. However, the candidate must possess a very strong grip on either Adobe Premier Pro cs6 OR FCP X. (In case of FCP, selected candidate will be required to bring his/her own Mac system with FCP installed on it. Adobe will be provided.) - Whats there to gain if not money you ask. The answer is: Tremendous learning opportunity and if this project turns out to make a significant mark on alternative cinema like I expect it to, result is a huge boost to your portfolio/resume. - Process followed in editing will be a collaborative one. Yet every once in a while, the editor must relentlessly follow instructions and work hard without questions. - I hardly expect any experienced editing professionals to be interested in the assignment. Amateurs are welcome to apply, provided you agree to all terms and conditions and have a very strong command of editing software. - Payment in full will be done AFTER the completion of project.
