Education department mulled a proposal: Sir. Department of school education jk mulled a proposal to make a cadre of pg masters in the department. It was published in different daily news papers in October 2013 for comments from public. It is a good step by the department as it will improve the quality education and promotional chances for high qualified in service trs .Now near about one year has gone department of education has neither made any change in service rules nor succeeded in framing a seperate cadre of pg trs . It is pertinent to mention here that there are hundreds of posts of pg teachers vaccant in different newly upgraded high schools under RMSA.Need of the hour is for making a separate cadre of pg teachers in school education department.
