Eid e Ghadeer Day is today and all muslims recognising the divine decree for leadership of muslims by Imam Ali communicated by the prophet after his last hajj at a place called Ghadeer Khum are commemorating ...I did not know about this earlier. But is it clear from understanding the context of the verse 5:67 and then 5:3. All muslims associated with Sufis and aulias remember this along with Shias muslim (posterity of those who never breached allegiance to Hadhrat Ali and those who obeyed Hadhrat Ali always since the declaration of his leadership) and Ismaili muslims. I have received mail on this from Shia muslim freinds and there are couple of posts as well.
