Eight days of walking down and into the final stretch through Sarria tomorrow (where most of the Spaniards join) so weve already booked a hostel there so we can sleep in and have a late breakfast rather then starting before dawn. The Galician country today was very different down from OCebreiro - lush and green. Arriving there yesterday was a great shock. The village with 50 residents was overflowing with thousands of people and dozens of Masses for their annual festival which went through into the early hours this morning. #sigh The pilgrim Mass here tonight was also very... different. (read possibly invalid) I guess you cant win them all
