Los Feliz Neighborhood Council Elections Saturday, April, 12 2014 -- 11am-5pm 2131 Hillhurst Ave. LA 90027 The Los Feliz Neighborhood Council is holding elections for one representative in each District and for four at-large representatives Elizabeth Richardson, a neighbor and long-time political activist, prepared a questionnaire which was submitted to each of the candidates in Districts D and E.
