Emergency ID Card Issue, 1300-1500 Beginning 7 Oct 13. As a temporary emergency measure, 2nd Signal Brigade has stepped up to assist with issuing ID cards (under emergency need) to the Wiesbaden Community beginning at 1300 on 7 Oct 13. ID cards will be issued from 1300 until 1500 at room 7, building 1009 on Phelps Avenue which is close to the Community Activity Center, on Clay Kaserne. Please keep in mind that this is for emergency issue only. If your ID card is not expired or does not expire in the next few days then please do not try to get a new one at this time.
