Ending the day at a place on the sea, called Mangos....hey, they are on Facebook! My selection was some fresh squeezed mango/orange juice and my dinner was chicken. The chicken was stuffed with yellow potatoes, red pepper, and breaded with panko bread crumbs. Served with some Peruvian corn in the special cream sauce. Yummy! My day started at 4:00 am and I flew from Cusco to Lima, checked in, had lunch, then went to a poor area to distribute books and visit a school. No art on the agenda, only people to people relationship building. The days are short here, because after all, it is winter in Peru. Much more mild than Cusco was. After a brief rest, I might post more pictures because I have a FAST internet!
