Barter System does not need funds (Government/Employer provides the need of life food, cloth, house for public/employee and public/employee provides the services to grow food, make cloths, and build houses). Government just needs to manage the process. They should not cry for lack of FUNDS. Divide Pakistan equally at least in 16 states on the basis of administration not on language basis. Build 40 plus new modern cities with latest technology from around the world, which is available to use. Build 40 plus motorways along with railway line with fasted trains. This will create 10 million jobs in Agriculture: Construction: Health: Education: IT industry: Energy: Law & order: Transportation: Fish Industry: and Miscellaneous Departments:
