English ivy grows all over the south and I have been asked by multiple customers just how to get rid of it for good! Well its a process and you may need to complete these steps a few times... 1. Mow the ivy or b) place a dark tarp over the area for a few days to kill the roots. 2. Mix crossbow and roundup (Ortho works too. Use the suggested water dilution for crossbow though) and spray the mix over the mowed or dead ivy (if you went the tarp route pull up the suffocated vine before spraying). 3. Make sure you spray on a dry day! It should not rain within 24 hours before or after you spray. 4. Repeat the process during the growing season each time you notice a straggler growing, by the end of growing season you should have no more ivy
