Enjoy Today’s recipe day 5 of Corn on the cob… Nacho Cheddar Corn On the Cob…1 1/2 Tbsp. Nacho Cheddar Cheese ball mix™, 1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter or margarine, 12 cobs of fresh sweet corn….Mix the first 2 ingredients together in a bowl; chill until ready to use. Meanwhile, soak the corn on the cob in water for about 15-30 minutes. Remove from water and peel down husk but do not remove it. Just peel it down far enough so you can remove the tassel. Pat the cob dry, spread each cob with some of the butter mixture. Place husk back over cob and tie the top of the husk shut with a few pieces of the tassel. Grill on low heat for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Makes 12 servings. tastefullysimple
