Enjoy this video of Athos playing with the puppies One of our lovely volunteers, Janice wrote this to help everyone know how beautiful this doggie is and we would like to share this with everyone - Athos We walk along the street, Athos at the end of my leash. He is so happy to be out amongst the sounds of birds, the rustling of leaves in the wind and the occasional car that passes. He is only 8 months old, with so much ahead of him to discover. I envy the family that will be lucky enough to show this beautiful dog the beach, bush walks, strolls along our pathways and the joys of dog parks. We enjoy our walk together, and apart from the initial burst of energy out of the gates, he walks well on the leash without pulling. At the end of our walk I rub his tummy. His legs reach for the sky in a joyful pose. I can hardly drag my eyes from his handsome face, I am sure I have never seen such a magnificent dog. It is hard not to fall in love with Athos. Can I whisk him away, unfortunately not, but YOU can. Athos loves people and other dogs. He can be very gentle in his play with smaller dogs and while still a puppy also enjoys a run and rumble with his doggie and human friends. On meeting new people he is friendly but cautious, needing a few moments to make sure it is ok to say hello. Athos stands tall but has a gentle and friendly nature and is looking for a forever home that will embrace him within family life. Would you like to nurture this young boy to be part of your family?
