Enough of condemnation, enough of tears (crocodiles) and enough of condolences. Lets come to the reality; the fact is what if the terrorists were caught? There is unofficial moratorium on death penalty. Yes you read it correct. Those who kill hundreds cannot be hanged till death because it will be his (killers) human right violation. At the maximum the killer will be put behind bars for few years and shall be at liberty on account of his good behavior with the inmates, lack of evidence or no following back of the case by the complainant. The situation requires the moratorium on capital punishment be lifted, prosecution system strengthened, witness be provided enough protection if we really want to rid of this menace.
