The participants of the II International Theoretical and Practical Conference on Traditional and innovative solutions to issues relating to enforcement proceedings (13-14 October, 2014, Tsaghkadzor, Armenia) from 19 countries and the UIHJ attended the Armenian Genocide Monument and Museum-Institute. Two wreaths were laid in the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide of 1915, one from Mr. Mihran Poghosyan, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia on behalf f the Compulsory Enforcement Service, and the second by Mr. Leo Netten, President of the UIHJ on behalf of the participants of the Conference. Later, the participants attended the Genocide Museum-Institute where they watched a film about the Genocide. In the Museum all the participants were presented with a special book “The first genocide of the 20th century”. Mr. Netten also left a note in the memorial book of the Museum, afterwards planted a tree in the Memorial Park of the Genocide Monument. Later, Mr. Artur Parfenchikov, Director of the Federal Bailiffs’ Service – Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation watered his tree in the Memorial Park of the Genocide Monument which was planted in 2011 during his visit to Armenia.
