Description of Services The Catholic Community Parish Coordinator assists the Catholic Community and their Priest with professional ecclesiastical support for the Catholic Liturgical Cycle requirements, Canon Law requirements, Sacramental requirements, Archdiocesan regulations and requirements, and local chapel community norms and needs. The contractor also provides coordination support for the EERS (Essential Elements of Religion Services) of Catholic worship, sacraments, rites, administration, budgeting, and re-supplying. The goal is to provide those EERS to the greatest number of persons at the highest quality of performance. The Catholic Community (Parish) Coordinator’s professional and administrative support services enhance the accomplishment of the religious mission and achievement of the CMRP Goal. Qualifications and Requirments Qualifications: Experience in presenting information orally and in written format (i.e. advertising and marketing) asdemonstrated in a resume, curriculum vitae, or narritive statement. Ability to speak English clearly and with extremely high (native or near-native) level of comprehension.This will be determined during oral presentation held in acquiiring required services. Familiarity with Catholic doctrine, as verified by the Chaplian’s Office. The offeror may contact theChaplain’s Office and request for the verification of doctrinal knowledge prior to submitting offer. Of good standing in one’s community as confirmed by a letter from a Catholic Chaplain or CivilianCatholic Priest, dated within the last 12 months, as submitted with the offer during the solicitation ofthe required services. Qualified to gain access to facility. The contractor had at least submitted application for the requiredmilitary installation background investigation and a CNACI investigation. The contractor shall provideall information as necessary to complete a military installation background investigation, prior tobeginning any service on this contract, not later than one week from contract award date. Has all required training to gain access to Government computer program. The contractor shall takeand complete all training required to gain access to Government computer program as soon aspossible. The contractor shall provide his/her own transportation and all necessary equipment to fulfill this contract except as stated in Part 3. Confidentiality . Complete confidentiality is paramount. The contractor shall establish safeguards to ensure confidentiality of all personal and privacy act information, which pertains to individuals utilizing the services of any Religious Program. Confidentiality of information and content of all documents shall be respected. The sharing of information regarding any individual thereof with any person other than the respective POC/COR is strictly prohibited. Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate contract termination of the contract. The Contractor shall not conduct formal counseling, administer sacraments or ordinances, lead a worship service, or perform chaplain responsibilities.
