Entry Form“ELEVATOR PITCH CHICAGO CONTEST” Chicago City Treasurer Stephanie D. Neely and SCORE Chicago are proud to present the 5th annual contest to find the best use of video to promote a Chicago business. The contest is now opened until Sunday, June 30th. Videos must be 1 minute or less. Judges will determine the top 7 based on creativity and strength of the video to communicate the benefit of the business or service. All top 7 finalists will receive: • Free business mentoring from SCORE Chicago • A 25 minute live TV interview segment on CAN-TV • Feedback from leading Chicago business experts • The video that has “the most likes” will receive a FREE booth at the Small Business Entrepreneur Expo on Friday, October 3, 2014 The three top winners will receive: 1st place- $5,000 2nd place – $2,500 3rd place – $1,000 **Videos can be highly produced or shot simply with anything from a handi-cam to a smart phone. Entrants will be send an email to load their videos after completing the registration form.
