Entry hall project So Ive been excited to share this project ... I bought a counsel table from Target regularly priced $120 and I scooped it up on clearance for $35 ( last mark down said $55 but you always price check they miss stuff a lot when it goes 70%off ) It was too big to go anywhere in the house so the thought was Id cut it in half and use it in the upstairs hallway. So I fired up the circular saw and figured the worst case scenario is Im out $35... So the top cut was easy the bottom however, because of the legs, was a challenge to maneuver the saw, I got it cut but holy crooked 😒.... So I tried it in the hallway and it just didnt look like I had hoped so I tried in our rather tiny hall way off our entry ... Perfect fit one on either side of the hall bath. I left propped against the wall for a couple days to be sure it didnt feel in the way as we walked the hall daily. The I used and L shaped hinges to attach to the table and to the wall to keep them in place. Best part, once its up against the wall you cant see my crappy cut job!!!! A couple clearance decorations and we are done. Adds a little character to our basic 1986 home. #ithinkilovemyhouse
