Environmental sustainability is rarely given attention by leadership experts. Ive been writing about environmental sustainability and its relationship with the leadership aspect of the 21st century. In this paper I presented at the National Educational Seminar October 2013 in Penang ago, one listener address the question, what is the significance of preserving the environment by developing school leadership. My answer is simple, as a leader of this century, the way forward would destroy the environment and pollute the environment if the elements of nature are not well understood. Consequently, leaders must have a complete knowledge include ecology and biology. Thanks for reading my opinion.
