Erlinda R. Fallon November 4, 1927 Erlinda R. Fallon, Age 86, of Clovis, New Mexico passed away on June 14, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family. Erlinda was born November 4, 1927 to Inocencio and Virginia (Martinez) Rael in Arroyo Hondo, New Mexico. She married James Fallon in Denver, Colorado on June 12, 1950. Erlinda liked to quilt and crochet. She was a very active member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, the American Legion Post 25, and also the National Organization of Women. Erlinda worked in Civil Service for 22 years. She loved spending time with her kids, and watching them play sports. Afterwards, she and her husband would go discover new places, or find new routes to places they enjoyed. Erlinda is survived by her children; Leonard Fallon of Clovis, NM, Robert Fallon of Clovis, NM, Cynthia Plata of Lubbock, TX, Mark Fallon of Clovis, NM, Mary and husband Jesse Romero of Los Alamos, NM, James Fallon of Los Alamos, NM, Eddie and wife Heather Fallon of Arroyo Hondo, NM, and Linda and husband Saul Roman of Los Lunas, NM; four brothers and sisters, Leandro and wife Joan Rael of Washington, Genara Sanchez of Arroyo Hondo, NM, Robert and wife Geraldine Rael of Albuquerque, NM, and Annabelle and husband Carl Grubb of Albuquerque, NM; twenty one grandchildren, thirty nine great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband James Fallon, her parents Inocencio and Virginia, daughter Virginia Gonzales, and two sisters Leila Avila, and Theodora Padilla. A rosary service will be held 6:00 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Clovis, NM. A mass of Christian burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 20, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Carlos Chavez, officiating. Pallbearers are Trinidad Lopez, AJ Gonzales, Jesse Romero, Saul Roman, Michelle Romero, and Amanda Garcia. Honorary Pallbearers are all of her grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please send offerings to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church or Plains Regional Medical Center Hospice. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Steed-Todd Funeral Home and Crematory, 800 E Manana Blvd, Clovis, New Mexico (575) 763-5541.
