Especially if youre childs love language is Words of Affirmation and Quality Time. If you tell them to go and play, or do this or that in another room to give you space you just shut them out. Why should they want to be close to you? Or give you their attention and time, if you dont give it to them? If you dont listen to what they have to say, why should they listen to you? They copy what we teach them; even if we dont realize what were teaching them...
