Etiquette question- if you are on the phone in the middle of a conversation and listening to someone speak, when someone else approaches you while the person on the phone is currently talking how do you handle that? Do you pause the person talking and respond to the person standing there? Do you disregard the person that approached you during a conversation? Do you allow the person on the phone to keep talking and you talk to the person standing in front of you while still "listening" to the person on the phone? Or is there a different way you would handle it?
