Evan had a really grumpy day yesterday. I am hoping it was just the aftermath of three doctors appointments and all the travel and that today will be a better day. He had both physical therapy and occupation therapy and cried through a large part of both. When the physical therapist was here, all he really wanted to do was walk around with her. So here is a little video of them practicing walking. He is doing so well with his steps. She is holding him up so that he isnt bearing all of his weight, but he can bear a little, which is big progress! I do find that the more weight he bears, the more crazy his steps are. That is the dystonia and cerebral palsy kicking in. The more muscles involved, the less control he has. But we are hoping he can gain more control as he gets stronger. This video was after a few laps, so he was getting better as he went, but was starting to get a bit tired, I am sure. Have a great day!
