Even though Manohar parrikar is CM of one state, he arrived with just two personal guards... He is the only IIT student who become CM.... Today at Intellectual meet in bangalore... His tone is very soft, and started to explain who he did control of rapid urbanisation in Goa by connecting more bridges and reducing Petrol prices which makes cheapest Petrol in India.. and also about his childhood, college, IIT and political life... He is the first man to introduce "Direct cash transfer" system in 2002 for senior citizen and laptops for younger generation with 100% Interest free loans for studies including foreign education, here his recovery is 95% shows the success rate of scheme. Explained detailed about Goa economy which burdens 20% GDP due to Coal mining ban and he predicted that Rs value would reach 70rs because of instead of exporting we are Importing Coal with huge expense... He argues about banning casino with us by explaining ban leads to 5% reduction in Goa revenue and although Goa being westernised long before (system) in a way that he can not do anything. Finally he is such a man that no egos nor temper... he used to answer some of poking questions with smile and answer in such a way that every one as to agree with him. he tried to answer every questions like "Kill me with your questions"... even though some people rushed and pushed him for photo and autographs, he never become angry unlike every CM...
