Even though this is from Nevada, it is every bit as relevant in Maine. I posted this for those at Unity College (and elsewhere) who think things in Augusta are any different from what is described here....This description adequately describes why we are where we are at now, with a ballot initiative. The people of Maine are not allowed equal say in what happens to their wildlife. The Public Trust concept is completely lacking here, when it comes to wildlife. So, of to the ballot box we go. Vote YES on 1 this November.
