Ever made a bad film? Want to get some laughs and an award for it? Fade In is hosting an awards ceremony called Shorts Bash! The event is for celebrating our mistakes and failures as film makers, but this is in no way meant to be something where we ridicule the film maker. Its instead to laugh with them and show that we all start at the bottom. Its all done in good fun. Think the Oscars meets Mystery Science Theater 3000. This is a full fledged award show, complete with clips from the nominees and awards for the winners. And we cant forget the live entertainment. It will be hosted by the very talented Zack Zimmerman and Thomas Jaeger! But, Fade In needs a very important thing to make this happen: we need folks to submit their bad films. The film submissions can be sent to two places: a Vimeo or YouTube link can be sent to shortsbashsubmissions@gmail. You must include your name and phone number. If you want to drop their film onto the student drive, please drop it into the folder titled *shorts bash dropbox.
