Ever since Friday, Ive been struggling to put my thoughts and words together. Dwane, Kenneth, T.T and Destiny, you know my heart and my thoughts and prayers are with you! Faye, I know youre in Heaven but you will still be missed! Dwane, T.T and Destiny, I shared with Kenneth my conversation I had with your Mom when I was there in October. When I went down to the basement to see her, she was reading her Bible. We had a quick small conversation but when I asked her how she was doing, she said, My faith is strong! with that smile of hers!!! Hindsight is 20/20 and thats all Im going to say! I am blessed to have the relationship that I did with your Mom! From keeping us in check when we were being knuckleheads, to sharing knowledge and wisdom about life and growing up! If I can choose one word for your Mom, it would be remarkable! I lied, remarkable woman, remarkable courage, remarkable fighter, so everything Faye was, Ill put remarkable in front!!! Remarkable Faye Harris!!! I believe that everybody will agree with me! As you or if you listen to this song, I hope you understand! We all have each other to lean on with your Mom passing away, but know only God will provide the peace and healing we all will need! For some of us, it will take a little longer and hope only come from God! Also, your Mom found the strength to fight and not give in! That same fight is in you! Again, through the pain remember to keep your head up and remember your Moms smile!
