Ever since I was a kid growing up in Montana I’ve believed - TopicsExpress

Ever since I was a kid growing up in Montana I’ve believed California would eventually fall into the sea. However, an earthquake won’t create beachfront property in Nevada. Excessive legislation will tip the once Golden State into the Pacific. By the way, I have a yacht dock in Reno for sale, in case anyone’s interested, but I digress. California already banned lead bullets and foie gras. Yes, goose and duck liver pate is banned in California. If I shoot poultry with a lead bullet to make foie gras, is that two strikes? According to the Sacramento Bee, a California State Assemblyman wants to ban cigarette butts. Not cigarettes - just the butts - because cigarette butts are a major cause of litter. Apparently it’s alright if people die faster from smoking filter-less cigarettes as long as the only butts in California are in Sacramento and not on sidewalks or beaches. Did someone ban common sense in California? I must have missed when that legislation passed while I was yachting, in Reno.
