Ever try KNEELING SQUATS? I first saw these in an article by @bretcontreras1 where he did muscle activation tests on a bunch of different squat variations and found the kneeling version to provide the greatest Glute activation. Powerlifters also use this drill to bring up their hip strength. Maybe you can use this as a warm-up drill or an assistance exercise?
