Ever wondered what that saying " There is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow " actually refers to or means? Well here is my take on it. As a kid I used to think WTF does that mean? Then suddenly one day it popped in my head. The rainbow is the seven chakras in your body that go from red at the bottom to violet at the top of your head or crown. Quite often you will see a Saint or Illumined Spiritual Master depicted with a halo of gold around their head. This is the pot of gold. When you awaken the dormant spiritual energy or kundalini in your body at the base chakra and through intense spiritual awareness and practice bring that energy up the spine through the chakras, it reaches a part inside the brain that will awaken dormant brain cells. This sets off a light and one will experience Illumination or enlightenment. Your physical vessel is now equipped to receive all the cosmic frequencies available because your satellite (brain) is fully operational. This is also known as Christ Consciousness. This is "The pot of gold at the end of the rainbow" and also the real gold the alchemists really talked about. Nothing to do with the actual physical gold. That is only an occult symbol for The Illumination.
