Every American CITIZEN Please Read 18 USC § 371 Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States: If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. (USC 2013) This is the actual law as written, therefore every immigrant that is in the United States illegally is committing this crime among a laundry list of others. Every U.S. CITIZEN has a right as well as a duty to protect the laws of this country, therefore every CITIZEN has the right to affect a citizens arrest on any and all illegal immigrants and they have the right to detain this criminal until police arrive on the scene with no fear of legal or civil repercussions from the police nor the detainee. It has become obvious that law enforcement nor our federal Government have shown any interest on enforcing this law so it is up to every American to due their duty and protect our country from these criminals. These illegals are also in violation of Section 7201 of the Internal Revenue Code which states; Any person who willfully attempts in any manner to evade or defeat any tax imposed by this title or the payment thereof shall, in addition to other penalties provided by law, be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100,000 ($500,000 in the case of a corporation), or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both, together with the costs of prosecution.” (Cornell Law, 2013) I implore every CITIZEN of the U.S. to become involved and arrest these criminals under the power our constitution and federal law give you then call your local police and demand they arrest and prosecute these criminals under the established federal law. Our nation is being overrun by illegal immigrants, they are taking our jobs, draining our economy and social service systems and this must be stopped by us. Complaining to our president, senators and congressman do absolutely no good as they only see them as votes from the Latino population. The problem with them getting their votes is that they are felons engaged in illegal activity and like any other felon in the US should not be allowed to vote. I believe that if every American did what I am asking (and it is perfectly legal) then maybe our politicians would get the message that American CITIZENS are sick and tired of these people thumbing their noses at our laws, our Constitution and us. I am not against immigration, our great country was formed and built by immigrants but LEGAL ones who applied for permission to come to America and then become LEGAL citizens. What I am against is these criminals coming here and living illegally and now our president wants to allow them to stay and has offered them citizenship just for votes. These people have been living here for decades and working paying ZERO in taxes while every true American is being taxed to death and if a true American does not pay their taxes then the IRS and our government will take everything they own and in most cases put this hardworking CITIZEN in jail. IT IS TIME TO TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK before our children do not have a country
