Every bit of this video is right on...hits the nail on the head. My children were born by C-Section because I put too much faith in the Dr. instead of educating myself & my husband about what to expect. With child 1, pitocin, was pushed immediately because the Dr. just did not have time to wait for me to dilate and the hospital was not willing to have me take up a room & dilate in my own time. Being uneducated about pitocin, I accepted very willingly. Ive always believed pitocin caused the labor to go astray. Before they performed the Emergency C-Section, my baby had crowned, so I had both to heal from. I chose a planned C-Section for #2 to avoid risk of that scenario again. Let me tell you, Drs dont argue at all with a planned C. Thats real convenient for them. Anyway, this video covers the pros, cons, & the FACTS.
