Every dark moment, every trial we face, has words. Every moment is a message from the God of Words who cant stop writing His heart. But who can read His messages? To read His message in moments, I must read His passion on page; wear the lens of the Word. Only the Word is the answer to rightly reading my world, because The Word has nail-scarred hands that cup our face close, wipes away the tears, has eyes to look deep into our ache, and whisper, "I know, I know." The passion on page is a PERSON, and the lens I wear of the Word is not abstract idea but the eyes of the God-Man who came & KNOWS the pain. Shadows (dark places) are nothing more than empty space, a hole in the light. Evil is that--a hole in the goodness of God. Evil is all that lacks the goodness of God, a willful choice to turn away from the full goodness of God to that which is empty of His goodness. A good God plans everything. EVERYTHING! So a good God can only.....make plans for good? He only gives good gifts? A thing of evil cannot be created by a good God? "Does disaster come to a city unless the Lord has planned it?". ( Amos 3:6) Without the Word of God as a lens, the world warps. All God makes is good! Can it be that, that which seems to oppose the will of God actually is used by Him to accomplish the will of God? That which seems evil only seems so because of PERSPECTIVE, the way the eyes see the shadow. Because the last I looked, above the clouds, light never stops shining!
