Every day I carry my kids go to school, sweep the house and cook meals. To be honestly, As I fulfill the everyday’s routine, I often lie in the sofa to watch TV. Occasionally I like to have a transform. I know that I should do more exercise and read more books to seek after a well life style. But I am too slothful to take the first step. I for ever have excuses, for instance, I want to attend a Yoga lesson and my companies adviced me some clubs but I refused them all. “The teacher looks not good. It’s very far away from my house. The time plan isn’t suit to me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t want to get away the comfortable house to take Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
