Every day I send my kids go to school, clean the house and cook dinner. Honestly, when I complete the everyday’s job, I always lie on the sofa to watch TV. Occasionally I would like to have a alter. I know that I should do more exercise and read more books to go after a well mode of life. But I am too lazy to take the first step. I all the time have excuses, for example, I feel like to take part in a Yoga class and my companies introduced me a few clubs but I declined them all. “The teacher looks not good. It’s very far away from my home. The time plan isn’t suit to me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t wish to departure the comfortable house to take Yoga class, I can learn it at home. I feel the advice is quite fine, so I chase down a project online.
