Every day before you eat and within a half hour after you wake up squeeze in a 30min cardio or a good 2k+ run! Then within a half hour of your completion EAT! (Protein shake or 2whites with one reg egg and an apple) with an entire bottle of water EVEN if you have no gym time daily just this alone with the right foods cutting out bread soda juices etc and watch your results. I prefer to run outside but its up to you! This is not a diet this is a #Lifestyle try it I would love to see your results!
