Ended my day right with 5 rounds of jogging with 10 speed interval cycles at the UP Acad oval (approximately covered 11.5km)...and what Im really proud of was I stayed true to my diet plan today. Bfast: Beginner Green Juice, 1 orange and 1 pomelo; Lunch: Tomato, Basil, Pesto and Mozzarella sandwich, veggie sticks and grande non fat capuccino; Dinner: salad in a jar, 1 orange and a glass of almond milk. I feel so healthy already! #OneDayAtATime #HealthIsWealth
