Every day people are denied insurance claims to their property or car damages because its classified as an act of god. These claims need to be brought to the court system. God needs to appear and testify that in fact he did cause the damage and be held liabel and ordered to pay the damages. Failure to appear will constitute being in contempt of court and a bench warrant issued for his arrest. Also due to no evidence of god causing the damage due to lack of evidence the insurance company must pay the damages and then have the option of sueing god in small claims to recoup their loss.
