Every line a man writes, and every act in which he indulges, and - TopicsExpress

Every line a man writes, and every act in which he indulges, and every word he utters serves as an unescapable evidence of the nature of that which is deeply imbedded in his own heart, a confession that he cannot disavow - Napoleon Hill. And some people believe that you cannot really know a person just from online conversations but I reckon Id disagree with that. There are some of you that just seeing your name when you like something on my page brings a smile to my face in an otherwise unexceptional day. The reason for that is because I have some treasured memory of something beautiful you once said on a day when it counted, that even now, the words may be forgotten but the feeling stays with me. Please also know that due to the nature of my page being public, I cant see much on yours and cannot comment there, its not for want of trying ;). While its true that some do create personas for themselves online, that present them as different and better people than they may be in their everyday lives, all this really proves is rather than being fake they actually just want to be better people, and I see nothing wrong with that. Its when we stop trying to be better people that our words become empty and shallow. Its also not just in the words we say and write but in that space between the lines where our true nature is revealed. I say pass up on sharing those nasty chain letters and instead tell three people what you like about them ;). xXx
