Every morning I get to CFCC around 7:30. There is a guy in a white car that just constantly circled the building. He is circling before I get here. When class is over he is still circling. Ive been here since 7:45 today and its now 12:30. He is still circling! His car is not cute, its loud and sounds like aluminum cans, the radio or speakers hes trying to empress someone with sounds like screaming chickens, he can be heard from inside on the sixth floor of CFCC, and its all very aggregating! Where does he get gas money first of all and whats his deal?
